Pastors Armando & Blanca Duarte have been serving in The Beautiful Church ministry for thirty years. Their ministry and leadership both in English and Spanish have allowed  them to reach souls within the Region of Waterloo. Through missions and international evangelism, they have also been able to reach thousands of people in different locations as they help spread the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

English Lead Pastors

As Lead Pastors of the English congregation at The Beautiful Church (TBC), Pastors Pedro and Indira Avalos are deeply passionate about witnessing God's transformative power in the lives of individuals. This commitment drives their desire to serve with excellence and to preach a gospel that emphasizes God as the ultimate source of hope and purpose.

Dedicated to his role, Joseph leads our worship team with passion and vision, fostering an environment of authentic praise that draws our congregation closer to Jesus.

Tito and Evelyn are committed to building a strong foundation of faith where every child experiences the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. Their mission is to create an environment where children can discover biblical truths, grow in their identity in Christ, and develop a personal relationship with God.

The outreach departments goal is to welcome and support newcomers to the Beautiful Church, in addition to interacting with our local community about TBC and its faith-based values. We reach the community through events, in-person reach out, and online engagement. Feel free to come up to us to chat!

Gabriel and Karelia Nesrallah are the dynamic duo leading the Servers Department at TBC.  With dedication and warmth we welcome everyone to a powerful environment of prayer and praise!  Our leadership is characterized by a heart for building community while modeling the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The in house and community missions team has a passion for helping others and is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need. They hope to bring honour and glory to God through initiatives such as The Beautiful Closet.

The Marketing Teams role is to communicate the church’s mission, vision, values, and core beliefs through social media. They are committed to engaging our online community by delivering content that is both spiritually enriching and enjoyable.

Working closely with pastors, worship leaders, and other ministry leaders, Production is there to ensure technical elements (sound, lighting, video, etc.) align with the worship experience. They have a heart for the church's mission and a desire to help create an environment where worship and ministry can flourish.
